Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Fresher)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate or Self-Taught Graphic Designer who has a strong visual eye and a passion for modern digital aesthetics. If you are obsessed with clean typography, sharp layouts, and love translating raw ideas into stunning social media creatives, website banners, and brand assets, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do:
Design high-converting social media posts, ads, and carousel graphics for diverse clients.
Create clean website layouts, hero banners, and UI elements under senior guidance.
Collaborate with the content team to turn text hooks into impactful visual stories.
Maintain absolute brand consistency across colors, fonts, and style guidelines.
What We Look For:
Strong basic command over Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
A portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of spacing, alignment, color theory, and typography (Even dummy/personal projects work!).
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
A strong willingness to learn new UI/UX design patterns.
