Terms & Conditions for Loopkosh

These terms define the professional relationship between Loopkosh and its clients.

  1. Project Commencement: A project is officially initiated once Loopkosh receives the agreed-upon down payment and a signed project brief.

  2. Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, the legal ownership of the final website, mobile app, or graphic design is transferred from Loopkosh to the client. Loopkosh retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

  3. Payment & Late Fees: All invoices issued by Loopkosh must be settled within the specified timeframe. Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of development or marketing services.

  4. Service Limitations (SEO/Marketing): Loopkosh follows industry best practices for SEO and Digital Marketing; however, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings as these are controlled by external algorithms (e.g., Google).

  5. Client Collaboration: To meet deadlines, Loopkosh requires timely feedback and content from the client. Delays in providing requested materials may extend the project delivery date.

  6. Post-Launch Support: Loopkosh provides a 30-day technical support window after the launch of any website or app to fix bugs. Further updates or features are covered under a separate maintenance contract.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Loopkosh is not liable for any loss of profits or business interruptions resulting from technical downtime, algorithm updates, or third-party hosting issues.
